Situated just a mile and a half from the Royal Burgh of Linlithgow, birthplace of Mary Queen of Scots (and of Scotty from Star Trek!) the cottages are close to a country house hotel whose bar and restaurant offer additional onsite facilities to cottage guests.While there is a minimum requirement of two nights per booking, the cottages can be booked for week-long holidays, and even longer.

Directions

Approaching Linlithgow from Edinburgh, the South, or the Airport, follow the M9 Motorway, signed for Stirling, and exit at Junction 3, signed for Linlithgow. At the Oracle factory turn right, signed for Linlithgow Cottages, and follow the road uphill for 1 mile till the hotel entrance - the cottages are to the rear of the hotel.Approaching Linlithgow from the west or the north, leave the M9 motorway at Junction 4, signed Linlithgow, and follow the road through the town till you reach the Oracle factory - turn left and follow the road uphill for a mile.From the Forth bridge, follow signs for Linlithgow and Bo'Ness. At the Champany Inn, turn left towards Linlithgow till you reach the Pracle works, and follow directions above.
